Verdant ascent: inclusive vertical 3D-printed garden for communities
Verdant Ascent is a modular vertical garden, 3D printed with recycled PLA to foster sustainability and accessibility. Designed for community connections, it enables people of all abilities to engage in gardening, creating inclusive green spaces. Its aim is to transform urban areas into sustainable hubs, promoting collaboration and environmental awareness.
Verdant Ascent reimagines urban gardening with a focus on sustainability, accessibility, and community. Using 3D printing technology and recycled PLA, we create modular vertical gardens designed for people of all abilities. These systems are customizable, allowing users to adjust heights and configurations to suit their needs, making gardening accessible for everyone.
The project fosters community connections by encouraging shared experiences in gardening. The modular design enables groups to collaborate, creating green spaces tailored to their preferences while promoting teamwork and inclusivity. Participants can grow plants, herbs, or vegetables, transforming urban areas into vibrant, sustainable hubs.
Verdant Ascent is more than a garden—it's a tool for change. By engaging people in gardening, we promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices. The use of recycled materials further reduces waste, contributing to a circular economy and greener cities.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to connect with nature and contribute to a sustainable future. Verdant Ascent offers a platform for innovation, collaboration, and growth, creating a greener, more inclusive urban environment.
